Guiding Imagination

An Experiential Skill Development Workshop Series for Coaches

This 4-session immersive and experiential advanced skill workshop series explores how to guide your clients to more fully access their inner wisdom through imagination.

Rooted in psychosynthesis, transpersonal psychology, neuroscience, and somatic experience, this training equips coaches with practical tools, guided visualizations, and inclusive approaches to exploring the psychological function of imagination as a soulful, and socially conscious process.

We will play with metaphor, memory, and intuitive knowing as well as exploring multiple ways to access the voice of the imagination, anchored in the somatic experience of sensation.

Learning and practicing together, with a variety of tools and approaches, in a small supportive group, we will be better equipped to support our client’s experience of imagination as an inner resource and source of psyche/soul wisdom. — even when they can’t “see” mental images.

Whether you’re working with dreamers or doers, creatives or analysts, social activists or stay-at-homers, you will develop greater confidence and skill to evoke deeper presence, insight, and purpose-filled possibility in guiding your clients through the intelligent, inner landscape of their imagination.

We will learn to engage in imagination as a way to build both personal practice as well as a way to support social and collective capacity, particularly for marginalized communities that have been suppressed by colonized worldviews, and industrialized cultures.

In these times of social, cultural and environmental uncertainty, imagination can be a survival skill, a liberatory force, and an essential tool of both personal and social transformation.  When coaches skillfully and ethically guide clients to more fully experience the wisdom of their imagination, we invite more than self-awareness, we begin a process of new story creation, foundational to creating and manifesting visions for expanded individual and collective consciousness.

Coaching the Inner Mosaic: A Psychosynthesis Approach to Subpersonalities

A 4-session advanced training workshop for coaches to deepen capacity and skill guding clients in the exploration of  subpersonalities.

This program integrates guided imagery, the psychological functions of the personality (thinking, feeling, imagination, intuition, sensation, desire/impulse), and the subpersonalities model of psychosynthesis. Coaches will deepen their capacity to support client integration, self-awareness, and choiceful inner leadership.

Guiding Imagination is a valuable foundation for this program.
