Donna Mariella

Hello, I’m Donna (she/her/ella). I'm a transformational embodiment coach, psychosynthesis guide, and mentor for leaders, changemakers, and visionaries. My work is rooted in the meeting place of psychology and spirituality, bridging the transcendent and the everyday so that people can live more fully, authentically, and joyfully in the world.

My path has been shaped by the study of psychosynthesis and transpersonal psychology, Buddhist meditation, tantric philosophies, and shamanic traditions, as well as by my own lived journey through grief, devotion, and a fierce love for this sacred, messy life. These experiences have taught me the power of intimacy with ourselves, others, and the world around us.

As a facilitator, I bring together ancient wisdom and modern science to create safe, soulful spaces where truth is welcomed, softness is honoured, and people can reconnect with their inherent wisdom. Whether in groups or one-to-one, I support others to access their own inherent inner knowing and unlock transformational change, so that they can stand fully alive, empowered, and in right relationship with life.

I specialise in supporting people through life transitions, embodied leadership, and deeper intimacy in relationships, helping them to feel resourced, empowered, and at home in the world.
